Your election represents not only a vote of confidence from the delegates but also a significant responsibility to provide visionary, disciplined and unifying leadership to the party.
As an institution committed to education, social justice, good governance, democratic values and national development, EAI recognises the importance of strong political institutions in advancing Ghana’s democratic journey. We therefore encourage the new leadership to promote unity, internal democracy, accountability, tolerance and constructive engagement, while putting the interests of Ghana above partisan considerations.
To the NPP’s youth and women’s leadership in particular, your positions provide an important opportunity to deepen meaningful participation of young people and women in Ghana’s political and national development processes.
As you assume your respective responsibilities, may your tenure be characterised by integrity, innovation, service and a commitment to strengthening Ghana’s democracy.
Once again, congratulations to National Chairman John Boadu and all the newly elected National Executives. We wish you a successful tenure and look forward to your contribution to the development of the NPP and, ultimately, the Republic of Ghana.
Congratulations, and may Ghana’s democracy continue to grow stronger.
Signed
William Boadi
