Educate Africa Institute Organizes SHS Course Selection Session at Dodoworaso D/A Basic School
The Educate Africa Institute (EAI) is pleased to announce the successful organization of a Senior High School (SHS) course selection guidance session held today, May 15, 2025, at Dodoworaso D/A Basic School in the Birim North Municipality. This initiative forms part of EAI’s Attitudinal Change Seminar Series, aimed at empowering final-year Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) candidates with the tools and insights needed for informed academic decisions.
The session focused on helping students understand the range of SHS programs available, the career paths associated with each, and the importance of choosing programs that align with their interests, talents, and future goals. By providing this guidance, EAI seeks to demystify the course selection process and prevent misinformed choices that could affect students’ educational journeys.
The exercise was expertly coordinated by Mr. Isaac Kwaku Mensah, the Birim North Municipal Coordinator and supported by Mr. Emmanuel Ayitey. Their dedication and leadership were instrumental in making the event a success.
The Headmistress of Dodoworaso D/A Basic School expressed heartfelt appreciation to EAI for organizing such a meaningful and timely program, noting its potential to significantly impact the student’s academic futures.
EAI extends its sincere gratitude to the management and staff of Dodoworaso D/A Basic School for their warm reception and cooperation. We also commend the BECE candidates for their active engagement and enthusiasm throughout the session.
As an organization, EAI remains unwavering in its commitment to quality education, youth empowerment, and informed decision-making. We believe that guiding students early in their academic journey is key to building a brighter future for Ghana.
