Educate Africa Institute Donates Sports Items to New Abirem/Afosu Senior High School
The Educate Africa Institute (EAI), a committed advocate for education, social justice, and youth development, has once again demonstrated its unwavering support for the holistic growth of students. On Friday, 29th November 2024, EAI made a significant donation of sports items to New Abirem/Afosu Senior High School (NASS).
The donation forms part of EAI’s Giving Back to the Community Project and its broader mission to empower schools with the tools necessary to foster academic and extracurricular excellence. Recognizing the critical role sports play in shaping discipline, teamwork, and resilience among students, this gesture seeks to enhance sports development at NASS and inspire students to pursue their athletic and academic goals concurrently.
During the presentation, Mr. William Boadi, Executive Director of Educate Africa Institute, emphasized the importance of sports in education, stating, “Investing in sports is an investment in the future of our youth. Beyond academics, sports teach invaluable life skills that prepare students for leadership and teamwork.”
The leadership of NASS, led by the headmaster, Mr. Kwaku Owusu, expressed profound gratitude for the donation, highlighting its positive impact on the school’s sports program.
EAI remains dedicated to its mission of supporting education, social justice, and youth empowerment across Ghana and beyond. The organization looks forward to future partnerships and projects aimed at creating lasting change in communities. EAI also appreciates the support from Troo Ice Mineral Drinking Water for making this donation possible.
